We have been so busy lately that mommy hasn't gotten my pictures up for a while. I've been enjoying the nice weather and spending a lot of time outside. Last time daddy had a day off at home with me, he got out the pool and we lounged in our chairs and relaxed.

We've all driven back to Goodhue for the last few weekends. Mommy was so nice to share a doughnut with me. Can you believe daddy thought this was a bad idea? Did you know my favorite part is the frosting?

I love the broom and the swiffer. I can get them out of the closet all by myself and help mommy with cleaning. Uncle Andy and I get along great. We both like clean houses.

Last weekend we went to Goodhue for some of the Volksfest activities. Mommy, Aunt Lauren, and I went up to the 1 mile Udder Run. Lauren's friend Callie and her boys Luke and Owen, and mommy's friend Jill and her kids Kaelynn and Jay all came along. We all got ribbons for completing the run and then some yummy ice cream and yogurt.

Another fun thing I did this weekend was go on my first tractor ride. I was in awe when Grandpa walked me up to the tractor, and it was a little scary at first because it was so big and noisy.

But once Grandma came along with Grandpa, I found out it was really fun to ride in the tractor. Grandpa drove me around and showed me how to drive and look in the mirrors. I just love tractors!

After our tractor ride, Grandpa and Grandma brought me down to see the baby calves. One was nice and friendly and let me pet him. I think I'm going to be a farmer when I get big.

Daddy and I shared a freezie on the hot day. We had a good weekend spending time outside, swimming, and watching softball.

All of us kids went to mommy and daddy's friends Ashley and Dan's house for a swimming party. We had supper afterwards and I got to sit with all the little girls. Mommy thinks I'm going to have so many girlfriends when we get older.

I didn't realize right away that right now being with the boys is better. I was able to move to the boys table and had some fun eating with Brennen and Jack.

Sunday we went to the parade. This was my first parade and it was so much fun. The fire trucks were a little scary at first, but then there were horsies and tractors. Did you all know they throw you candy too? I got pretty good at running out to catch it.

Both Grandma Thomforde and Grandma Huneke watched the parade with me. I got to see Grandpa John marching with the veterans for the Legion. It was so fun!

After the parade, mommy and I decided to cool off in the pool. It wasn't as warm as my bathtub, but I was able to splash daddy and aunt Lauren.

Look at how grown-up I am now. I have a new bike and am starting to learn to ride it.

I had fun tonight playing with all my snack bowls. Daddy thinks I'm practicing to hustle all my friends. Mommy thought it was so nice I was having fun and staying happy without needing her to play too.
