Waiting for Baby.

We thought baby might come back to us this weekend, so we traveled down to see Jes and Grandma and Grandpa. While we waited, we spent some time at Grandma's and had fun as a family of three plus one dog.
I am super good at pretending to be a puppy. See you can't hardly tell who's Mugsy and who's Aidan.

Daddy turned 30 on Friday. We got him a DQ cake, his favorite, and I helped blow out the candles and taste test the frosting.
During the day on Friday, Jes and her family invited us out boating for the day. Lydia and Brennan showed me how to be a good boater and mommy and Jes got to visit.
We stopped our boat on a little sandy beach for a while so Lydia could swim. Mommy, Daddy, and I practiced throwing rocks in the water. I'm a good thrower.

Brennan and I looked for good throwing rocks. Lydia looked for shells and she said she found the biggest one ever!

Mommy and Jes smiled for hopefully one last picture before baby comes. Jes was real determined to give baby back to us, but baby's waiting a little longer. She and mommy went out for Mexican food, got pedicures, and sat in the front of the boat where it was bouncy. Can you believe none of that got baby to come out? We don't know what it's waiting for and we all can't wait.
We parked our boat by the Pickle Factory and had a yummy lunch. I saw three trains while we were there- I love trains!
The weekend before, we went to the fair. We only lasted a little while there, but I got plenty of time to check out the tractors. I showed Daddy how to drive one.
I'm already a pro at tractor driving! My grandpa's are so proud!

4th of July Fun.

Doesn't this look like a good time? Mommy, Daddy, and I went to the 4th of July parade in Tomah with my friends Liam and Rowan and their daddy. It rained a little so I was trying to take control of the umbrella, but I wasn't very coordinated with it.
On Saturday, Mommy and I went back to Goodhue for a quick trip to visit my Thomforde aunts and uncles. I enjoyed playing in Daisy's kennel. Matt even got Daisy to sit in it with me for a while.

Andy, Krystal, and their puppy Ritzy were back for a visit. I haven't seen them in a while so it was really fun to play with them. I still remember Andy's stinky truck from their wedding last fall.

I'm pretty good at organizing my cars and trucks, but Uncle Justin helped me sort them by colors too. Then we practiced counting them. Uncle Justin loves numbers.

I showed Aunt Lauren how much fun it is to dump the cars into my dump truck. She also helped me swing outside. We had a fun day and then Mommy and I went back to Tomah cause Daddy was missing us. He told Mommy he needed a "day off" but I know he wished he could have come with us.
